We are seeking an experienced SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform Administrator to manage, maintain, and support SAP BusinessObjects environments across Development, QA, and Production. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in platform administration, security, server configuration, monitoring, upgrades, migrations, and patch management.
Platform AdministrationAdminister and maintain SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform environments across Development, QA, and Production. Manage and support Central Management Console (CMC), Central Management Server (CMS), and associated BI services. Perform user, group, role, access, and security administration. Monitor platform health, system performance, availability, and capacity utilization. Configure and manage servers, BI services, scheduling, and report distribution. Troubleshoot platform, service, connectivity, and performance-related issues.
Platform Upgrade, Installation & ConfigurationPlan, execute, and support SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform upgrades, migrations, and patch installations. Install and configure SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform components and client tools. Perform post-upgrade validation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Support platform maintenance activities while minimizing business disruption. Maintain system documentation, configuration details, and operational procedures.
