: Job Summary: Responsibilities: We're seeking a Fitness Manager On Duty to join our team. As our new Fitness Manager on Duty you will:

• Consistently offer the highest level of personalized member customer service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude.
• Greet and welcome new fitness center members, assist with membership enrollment and front desk operations.
• Assist with keeping the fitness centers well stocked and clean.
• Supervise and monitor the exercise floor.
• Provide customer service support to team members and members, including membership enrollments, terminations, and general inquiries.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate would have:

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED).
• An outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
• CPR, First Aid & AED certification, or willing to obtain upon hire.

Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $14.00/hour to $18.00/hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
