Job Description

Salary: $147,900 - 200,100 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 6 years of related industry experience
• Experience with procurement practices such as category management, benchmarking, should-cost models, RFX, reverse auctions, and contracting, or equivalent
• Experience negotiating with global suppliers and a demonstrated record of reducing costs
• At least 5 years of data analysis experience using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, or Tableau, or equivalent experience
• Experience in program, project, or product management, or leading product implementation
• At least 5 years of relevant experience procuring construction services and materials
• Preferred: Masters degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Preferred: Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies
• Preferred: Procurement experience working with engineering teams, supply chain partners, and Tier 1 OEMs
• Preferred: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Preferred: Experience coordinating construction scopes across development and construction stages, including with internal and external teams responsible for construction, commissioning, and testing
• Preferred: Familiarity with engineering principles related to data center construction and sustainability

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for construction services
• Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and competitive landscapes
• Manage RFPs for data center construction scopes involving general contractors, subcontractors, and construction material and equipment suppliers
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to improve efficiency and performance
• Establish supplier performance metrics and accountability mechanisms
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop sourcing approaches and make data-informed decisions
• Prioritize activities that support data center capacity availability and safety
• Contribute to projects at local and global levels
