As a Full Cycle Sales Representative , you'll take ownership of the customer journey from the initial conversation through the final sale.
You'll use your insurance knowledge and consultative sales skills to understand each client's situation, explain available health and life insurance options, and help them make informed coverage decisions.
This is a self-directed sales position where strong communication, consistent follow-up, organization, and the ability to close opportunities are important to your success.
Connect with prospective clients through phone, video, and other virtual communication channels.
Conduct needs-based conversations to understand clients' insurance goals and coverage needs.
Explain health and life insurance products in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
Recommend appropriate insurance solutions based on individual client needs.
Build trust and rapport with clients throughout the sales process.
Manage opportunities from initial contact through application and closing.
Follow up with prospects and clients to keep opportunities moving forward.
Answer questions and address concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate client information and sales activity records.
Work toward individual sales goals and continuously develop your sales skills.
Provide a professional and positive customer experience from start to finish.
This is a performance-driven sales opportunity with significant earning potential.
Representatives can earn approximately $70,000–$250,000 annually , depending on individual sales performance and results.

We're looking for a licensed insurance professional who is confident communicating with clients and comfortable managing the sales process independently.
Active Life and Health Insurance license required.
Previous insurance or sales experience.
